About your therapist

Jessica Ballas, LMT started her therapeutic massage training at Health Options Institute, Northampton, PA in January 1994. Receiving Certification in May of 1994, she continued her studies there as well as attending other seminars at various locations over the years.

Working as a teacher of Deep Muscle Massage for 6 years at Health Options Institute, Jessica has thoroughly enjoyed passing on the knowledge of performing massage to adult students. She also gives presentations of the benefits of therapeutic massage to several schools, businesses & clubs in the area.

When not performing the work she loves, you’ll find Jessica representing Close To My Heart stamps & scrapbooking supplies as an Independent Consultant, traveling, crafting & playing with her dogs.
